Layaway is avaliable from 3 to 6 months depending on purchase price.

Layaways require a minimum of 10% initial payment and at least 15% payment every 30 days. If a payment is not recieved for more than 30 days from the previous payment due date, the layaway will be forfeited and all deposits will be lost.

There will be a 33% restocking fee on the price of the item for any cancelled layaways.

New and used items: We do not offer a return policy on our auctions. If the item is new then you can deal directly with the manufacture for any repairs. If something is known to be wrong with the item it will be in the listing details below.

If you are denied on the sale of the gun there will be a 33% Restocking fee on the return and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. It is your responsibility to know whether or not you can legally own a firearm.
