Marlin 336 35rem “This Ain’t Your Grandpa’s Gun” RPP Complete Rebuild
This is a 1976 Marlin 336 35rem (According to the serial number 24138460).”THIS AIN”T YOUR GRANDPA’S GUN” Marlin Dark ain’t got nothing compared to this rifle……Lands and grooves shiny, good action. It has been turned into a Modern Version of a Lever Action rifle by Spud9 Gunworks Inc. It was in good condition when I got it, shiny bore with excellent grooves, No rust. Here is what I did to this fine rifle…..
Barrel was cut to 16″ and threaded, drilled and tapped for the front sight. All the metal was bead blasted Cerakoted Midnight Blue. I took the nicest Stock and foregrip and sanded them down and refinished (nice Irredescence). All internal parts have been polished for a SUPER smooth action and the trigger has been worked down to 3.5lbs. Ranger Point Precision parts added,( Stock takedown screw, Magazine Cap, RPP Trigger, EZ load gate, Quick takedown lever screw, Medium loop lever,Comet Flash hider). Topped off with a Rhino Rail and TruGlo Fiber Optice sights and a paracord wrap on the lever (not pictured, will add later). The rifle will be shipped with a gun case. Safety: All USED firearms sold thru Spud9 Gunworks Inc. have been inspected and test fired unless otherwise stated in the Gun Broker Ad. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the firearm upon arrival and to use safely. New firearms are tested at the factory.
FFL, Curio & Relic and Antiques: It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. We are an FFL dealer and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. The bidder is to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. We will need CFLC numbers for CA FFL’s to ship a firearm within California. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and guns known to be at least 50 years old). California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R HANDGUNS direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.)
Large capacity magazine restrictions: It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what the restrictions are in the state they live in. Please check all local regulations prior to bidding on a firearm.
Payment: Full payment is required within 7 days of purchase. Item will be shipped within 3 days after payment has been cleared by financial institution.
Credit Card Fees: There is no Fee for Debit Cards, there is a 3.5% fee for Credit Cards.
Payment Methods: Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, ALL CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS MUST BE MADE OUT TO “SPUD9 GUNWORKS INC.” is also accepted.
Return Policy: All firearms come with a 5-day (Tuesday-Saturday) non-firing inspection/return privilege. Inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer and it is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping so please ask questions BEFORE you bid. If firearm is returned based on issues previously addressed in the auction description or pictures or it just isn’t what you thought it was, a 20 percent re-stocking fee will be incurred. Spud9 Gunworks Inc. will only give full refund minus shipping for items damaged during shipping.
Warranty: All USED items are sold “As Is” and new items come with factory warranty only. Any custom firearms built by Spud9 Gunworks Inc. will come with a 1yr warranty for operation issues and will not cover any normal wear and tear or abuse.
Shipping: All shipping prices are quoted in the Gun Broker Ad and do not include insurance. If you want your purchase insured please let us know as insurance costs are based on value of item. We can combine shipping costs when more than one is purchased. Please contact us for payment concerning combined shipping.
