Product will ship within 3-5 business days of payment and all needed information being received. Pistols will ship USPS.  Ammo will ship UPS ground.  Please refer to the listing characteristics for Shipping charges.  Other items will ship at our discretion.

Only form of payment accepted is credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) through the Gunbroker Checkout system.  Payment is required immediately after auction is won.   If payment is not received within three days the sale will be cancelled and negative feedback left.

• No ammo sales to Chicago, Washington DC,  MA, HI or AK.  All ammo sales to NY and CA must ship to an FFL holder.  Customers in IL, NJ, CT and other locations will be required to email a copy of their Permit/ID/FOID to sales@recoilgun.com for shipment.
• No magazine sells to Chicago, Cook County, CO, CA, MA, DC, CT, MD, NY, NJ, HI, VT or anywhere else prohibited.
• All firearms must ship to a valid FFL.  Copy of FFL must be emailed to sales@recoilgun.com before shipment.
• No sales of any products to areas where they are prohibited.
• Any purchase against these terms and conditions will result in a 20% restock fee.
• No international sales.
