We are a small business that prides itself on customer service and fair dealings, and have been in the resale business for over 40 years. All firearms will be shipped from a valid FFL license holder.

The vast majority of our firearms come directly from my personal collection. We also sell items from individuals, estates and private collections. We accept consignments from Oregon residents.

INSPECTION PERIODS AND RETURNS

We go to great effort to give an accurate description of each item. We will tell you of any material issue that we see or is known to us. Unless otherwise indicated, you can expect the item to be fully functional. In addition, we post many photographs showing everything that we deem is relevant. Having said that, we are human and do occasionally make mistakes. If upon arrival, you feel that we were “materially inaccurate” (something of significant importance effecting the value), in our description, please let us know immediately. We will work with you to remedy the situation. However…. In general, we do not allow an inspection period or returns. Just as we are responsible to give you a fair representation of our item, the bidder has the responsibility to view all of the pertinent information: the description, photos, feedback, and these terms; and make his / her own decision as to whether or not the item is to their liking. It is not fair to the other active participants or to the seller to have someone drive up the price, only to return the item at a later date; this is especially the case in a no reserve auction.

Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours. There will be NO exception to this!

If you are denied or cannot LEGALLY take possession of the firearm, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!

BIDDERS WITH LITTLE OR NO FEEDBACK

We recognize that many people are new to GunBroker and therefore have little or no established feedback. We strongly encourage you to communicate with us and ask questions prior to bidding; and let us know of your intention to bid on an item… especially a more expensive item. We reserve the right to block bidders with inadequate or negative feedback when we deem appropriate.

THE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING

Includes careful packaging and all new packaging materials. However it does not include insurance. Insurance is optional, and will be quoted at actual cost soon after the auction ends. If you elect to have insurance, which we highly recommend, simply include the quoted amount in your payment. Call us for an insurance quote. Please be aware that we are purchasing insurance on your behalf. Should an insurance claim arise, we will assist you in the claims process. In the event of any damage, please notify us immediately and most importantly…. keep all packaging materials. IF YOU ELECT NOT TO HAVE INSURANCE, YOU ARE ASSUMING FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer.

Processing for your order does not begin until payment and FFL have both ben received. Once the payment and FFL have been received, processing times can be 24hrs-72hrs.

Shipping to non-continental 48 (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico) will be subject to additional shipping charges.

If you want to upgrade shipping, please notify us as soon as possible for a quote, depending on the status of the order, we may not be able to change it.

ADDITIONAL COST FOR SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping cost of $25 per handgun and $50 per long gun.

RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA

Sorry California. Due to your legislativerules and regulations, I will not sell Guns, firearms, and ammunition to a California address.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

We prefer payment via US POSTAL MONEY ORDER, AND THOSE ITEMS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY! We do accept other money orders, certified checks, business checks and personal checks; however please be aware that payment by non-certified funds should expect a FULL 7 DAY DELAY on your shipment.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE

Your payment is due ASAP and should reach us no later than 7 days after the auctions end, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your bidding. All payments not received after 10 days of the auctions end will be considered delinquent and subject to negative feedback.

WHO DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship all modern firearms to FFL holders; and holders of a Curio & Relics License when appropriate. Buyers, your receiving dealer is hired by you and is working for you. YOU AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE for providing us with a copy of their FFL license prior to shipment. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR SELECTING AN FFL DURING CHECKOUT DOES NOT PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF THEIR FFL LICENSE. PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY AND ASK THEM TO EMAIL THE LICENSE DIRECTLY TO US INDICATING THE AUCTION NUMBER. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DELAY THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR FIREARM.

Ammunition generally can be shipped direct; provided that you are at least 21 years of age and have provided proof of age via a Drivers License or other Government issued ID, and your local and State laws allow such a transfer.

SAFETY

The purchaser is solely liable / responsible for determining that a gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered in our auctions have not been test fired, but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes. It is our recommendation, should you choose to shoot a firearm purchased from us, have it thoroughly inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the purchaser agrees to hold the seller harmless against damage, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise or actions that are the fault or error of the purchaser.

KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS

It is your responsibility to know your city/state laws to ensure the product you are buying is legal to own. If you are unsure if it is legal, ask your local FFL or use any available legislative resources your state provides.

If you live in California, Illinois, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York, it is especially important that you verify what you are buying is legal to own in your state.

If an order cannot be completed due to your state laws, the order will be canceled and will be subject to our cancellation fees.

TAXES

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021 GUNBROKER WILL BE CHARGING SALES TAX ON ALL PURCHASES FROM CERTAIN STATES….. IF YOU RESIDE IN ONE OF THESE STATES YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE TAX BEFORE WE CAN SHIP….

Your total INCLUDING applicable SALES TAX is available in the Gunbroker checkout or your order. We will NOT ship your item until the entire balance, INCLUDING SALES TAX has been received.

AUCTION CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations by winning bidder are subject to a 25% cancellation fee in addition to any fees incurred.

Unique-Collectibles also reserves the right to cancel any sales that may occur while gunbroker.com is experiencing technical issues that affects the entire site or a complete site outage, within four hours of the auction ending.
